Wow, what a month!

We have had a busy November, between Utah Utes Football games, work, kids, and life and general we have been busy and I am exhausted and my body can tell. I have been sick most of this month, with a cold here a sinus infection there. But we have had good moments too.

Brad and I finished up attending another season of Utah Utes Football with a wonderful win over BYU. We rushed the field and I got to meet Brian Johnson. It was a blast! Brad's parents watch Bridger and Macie during the season for all the home games. We have had season tickets for two years now and love it!

We have finished most of our Christmas shopping, well we have finished all but our parents and each other.

Macie no longer has to wear the helmet at all. Yeah, it has been a wonderful week. Yes, she only got to get it off this past Monday. The helmet came off and she started to cruise. She crawls everywhere and has even started pulling up to the furniture. She crawled a little before the helmet came off, but only for FOOD. She loves to eat, anything and everything, as long as it doesn't come in a jar.

We spent Thanksgiving with my dad this year, it was nice for the kids to see their grandpa as they don't get to see him very often. Macie finally let Grandpa hold her (without crying that is).

It has been a busy month, hopefully next month I won't be so sick so I can enjoy Christmas!

9 Month Check Up

Macie had her 9 month check up on Thursday. She is growing up too fast for me. The doctor said she is healthy and he isn't worried about her development. She got a flu shot and compared to her big brother, she didn't cry at all, just a little whimper.

Her weight : 20 lbs 11 oz
Her Length: 29.25 inches
Her Head: 45 cm

At 9 months she loves to:
*Bang toys together
*Scoot on her back and sort of crawl
*EAT EVERYTHING!
*Play peek a boo (She covers her face with a blanket then brings it down, I say "Peek a Boo" she giggles then covers her face again. This goes on for about 5 minutes)
*Play with her big brother's toys (he isn't so fond of this)
*Laugh hysterically at her aunts.

Trick or Treat Little Bugs!!!

So as many of you may have read, I bought Macie's Halloween costume in August. Well luckily at the rate she has been growing it fit her well. Macie was a lady bug, and she was adorable. Bridger had a fun time trick or treating up and down my grandma's street, while Macie stayed at my Grandma's with my mom, where it wasn't raining.
Bridger was a scary spider and received several comments on his costume. When people would say "oh look a Scary Spider," he would say, "don't be scared I am not a real spider it is just a costume, I am really a kid." I laughed every time. I couldn't find a spider in his size so I had to sew it. I am not great at sewing so I was pleasantly surprised on how it turned out.
